Time".
- If you need to delete or change the shift, simply check the box and click "Remove me from Selected Shift".
C. Entering Items:
- Efficiency:
- This tagging system is most efficient if you tag many items at one time. All of the
fields will remember the previous information except for the price. Also, the system logs you out if you are not using
the system after 15-25 minutes, so do no sort as you are tagging.
- Sort items before you enter them by GENDER then SIZE
- Use Tab button instead of Mouse when moving from one field to the next in the tagging system.
Click on "Enter" when tag is complete.
- Type you choices instead of choosing the field with your mouse (price, size, category).
- Description line hint: when you have repeat items, keep the description line generic
and just adjust the price and hit add item.
- PLEASE NOTE: Notice at the bottom of the tag entry screen, all of you items
are added to the bottom below the entry form. If you leave this tab or are timed out, then all of the items
at the bottom of the page with disappear. DO NOT WORRY - THEY ARE STILL ALL IN YOUR INVENTORY. They are in the
database and can be accessed via the Manager Inventory Screen.

Please login to the correct website: www.myconsignmentmanager.com/glennsale.
- Save your PDF file. You can save the final PDF document to your computer and print when convenient.
E. Print and Prepare Your Tags:
- Prepare your Printer:
- Load with Cardstock paper (60-67# weight). 110# Cardstock is too heavy and will damage your printer.
DO NOT print on regular Copy Paper. The tags WILL tear, wrinkle and bend. Do not use 'fuzzy paper' which will
cause the ink to run. Press OK and Tags will print with the barcode.
- Must use a printer with normal toner (no dot matrix).
- Must use NORMAL or DRAFT print settings. Best quality is too dark and causes barcodes to bleed.
- If you have a color printer, make sure you have selected "Black Cartridge Only" from the printing properties
screen. If not, the tags will appear purple and blurry and will not scan properly.
- Printed Tags:
- Cut the tags and stack in item # order so you can easily attach with 1" or longer safety pins. DO
NOT TAPE OVER THE BARCODE.

any profits or guarantee that the sale report will be the same. This report is not connected tot he final seller report
from which your profits are calculated. It is simply a projection too.
