Seller Registration Information

How to Register to be a Seller 

If you would like to sell, you must register in advance for each sale.  Registration is limited, so please read and follow these instructions carefully. 

 

1.  We will only accept one registration per household.

 

2.  If you will not be selling any items at this sale, please DO NOT register.  We will not drop you from our mailing list.

 

3.  If you are a DONOR, please DO NOT register.  Refer to the Donor Guidelines.

 

4.  Registration is ONLINE only.  425 Seller spots will be made available. You will be provided confirmation, in real-time, if you secure one of the available spots.

 

5.  Registration is on a "first come, first served" basis.

Registration for the Fall 2010 Sale opens at 9:00 a.m. on Mon, July 26 . 

 

If are not able to secure a spot during your attempt to register on-line, a waitlist will be available.  Please see Waitlist instructions below.

 

 

Seller Registration:

 

As our commission for hosting the sale, Glenn Sale retains one-third of the selling price of all items sold.  We also ask you to pay a $10 security fee via PayPal or by credit card during sale registration. 

 

If you are accepted as a seller and fail to bring any items to sell for two (2) consecutive sales, you will not be eligible to sell at the following sale.

 

Seller Online Registration 

1.    Register for our sale at www.myconsignmentmanager.com/glennsale

      - Registration opens on July 26 at 9:00am.

2.   Real time feedback will advise you whether you secured a Seller spot for the sale or if all spots are full.  Spots are assigned purely on a first come, first served basis.

3.   If you are accepted as a SELLER, you may begin tagging your items as soon as you would like.

4.  If you are not accepted as a SELLER and you would like to add yourself to our waiting list.  Please see instructions below. 

 

 

Donors :

 

What exactly is a Glenn Sale DONOR? 

Donors donate all their items to the Glenn School Sale before the clothing sale, and Glenn retains all donor profits.  The benefit to the donor?  All of your donated items are tax deductible AND you are invited to shop Preview Night if you donate at least $50 worth of items.  You DO NOT have to sign up to be a donor, just drop off your clean and lightly used donations to the YAAB building ONLY at the scheduled donations times listed on our home page.

  


Waiting List:

Seller registration is automatically stopped at 425.  We will maintian a waiting list for potential sellers should a seller spot become available.

 

If you would like to be added to the waiting list:

1.  Send an e-mail to info@glennclothingsale.org

2.  Include "FALL CLOTHING SALE - WAITLIST" in the subject line.

3.  Include your contact information in the body of the e-mail.

 

One of the Glenn Sale Co-chairs will contact you directly to confirm your wait-list status should a seller spot become available.

 

 

Preview Night Qualification

The Glenn Sale hosts a Preview Night for those sellers and donors who bring items that we feel are in excess of $50.00.  For the Fall 2010 Sale, Preview Night will be Thursday, September 23rd, from 6:009:00pm.  No one other than the registered seller or donor is allowed in the building for the Preview Sale.  No children are allowed at the Preview Sale under any circumstances due to safety issues.  No team selling is allowed - only one registered seller or donor per address.
